Our museums and most sports facilities remain closed, in line with Government guidance.

The Botanic Garden is open for local walking and wellbeing only. Entry tickets are limited and advance booking is essential.

The University Library is open for zero-contact services (Click and Collect and Scan and Deliver) but closed for in-person study visits.

A small number of outdoor sports facilities reopened in line with Government guidance on Monday 29 March and the Sports Centre re-opened with some restrictions on Monday 12 April.

Our museums and collections hope to re-open using timed ticketing, government guidance permitting, from mid-May.

Please check the relevant website for further details about local restrictions. Some buildings and facilities are operating online booking to manage visitor numbers, so are not open on a drop-in basis.
