The University of Cambridge and Infosys Technologies Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to pave the way for collaborative research ventures in the areas of engineering, management and business, architecture and pharma.
This collaboration will create an opportunity for some of the best minds engaged in academia and at Infosys to come together to identify and create relevant solutions in the areas of engineering, business, architecture and pharma.

The MoU was signed by Mr Narayana Murthy, Chairman of the Board and Chief Mentor, Infosys Technologies and Professor Alison Richard, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge at the company's Bangalore headquarters during her visit to India last month.
The University of Cambridge will explore this collaboration through its Department of Engineering, Judge Business School Centre for India and Global Business, Department of Architecture and School of Biological Sciences respectively. Through this MoU, Cambridge and Infosys seek to develop and implement key opportunities in these areas over the next three years.
Speaking about the partnership, Mr Murthy said, "We are delighted to announce this collaboration with Cambridge University. This MoU marks the start of a joint effort between one of the finest universities in the world and Infosys.
"This collaboration will create an opportunity for some of the best minds engaged in academia and at Infosys to come together to identify and create relevant solutions in the areas of engineering, business, architecture and pharma. We look forward to exploring this relationship and the promise it holds for both parties."
