Many staff undertake a range of development options, such as job shadowing, mentoring, secondments and vocational qualifications, along with participating in a range of PPD's training and learning courses and resources.
For administrators, PPD offers two key training programmes, the Administrator Development Programme and the Strategic Development Programme.
For technicians, PPD has developed the Technician Development website, which includes information on professional registration and career development for technicians, and is part of the work driven by the Technician Commitment.
For professional services staff, apprenticeships offer an opportunity to develop their careers and gain a nationally recognised qualification. More information on apprenticeships is available on the Apprenticeships website.
