On a thrilling Saturday at StoneX Stadium, Cambridge rugby Blues took the double, beating Oxford in both the men and women's Varsity matches.

The men's team efforts led Cambridge University to record the biggest victory in the history of the men’s Varsity Match, beating Oxford University 56-11. Eight tries helped the Light Blues secure the win with an impressive performance. Jamie Benson was named Man of the Match.

The women’s Varsity Match was a more closely fought battle, with Emilia Bushrod's team beating Oxford 10-5 and keeping audiences gripped right up until the final whistle, before ultimately securing the trophy.
