Cambridge Open Days - 2 & 3 July 2009
| Booking is now closed for the Cambridge Open Days. However, there are lots of other opportunities to visit the University and Colleges throughout the year. For details see our open days and events pages. |

The University of Cambridge and the Colleges hold two Cambridge Open Days in July for prospective applicants in Year 12 (or equivalent) and their parents. These large open days are an ideal opportunity for applicants to see for themselves what the University has to offer before applying. Both days consist of a flexible programme of sessions designed to give an insight into what it’s like to study at Cambridge, including:
- a range of talks that explain the Cambridge system, the application procedure and interviews, as well as sessions outlining student finance, support for students with a disability and the work of the careers service
- information stands, talks and/or tours for each course on offer
- all 29 Colleges that accept undergraduate students are open at certain times during the days for you to find out more about College life
- staff and current students are on hand all day to answer any questions about studying at Cambridge and the application procedure
Please note that many Colleges and departments hold their own open days on these dates. Programmes for all events on these days are co-ordinated so that you are able to make the most of the opportunities available.
