Cambridge helped to shape the conversation at London Climate Action Week 2026

More than 140 Cambridge researchers will share their efforts to tackle the climate and biodiversity crises at the inaugural Cambridge Climate & Nature Research Showcase on Friday.

The UK Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) has appointed Cambridge Zero Director Professor Emily Shuckburgh CBE as the Department’s new Chief Scientific Adviser (CSA).
