Roger Bright and Warren Forsyth will play important roles in the North West Cambridge Development project.

Roger Bright (pictured left) has been appointed the new Chair of the Syndicate for the West and North West Cambridge Estates. He will lead the Syndicate members who provide strategic governance for the developments. Roger, who started his four-year term in March, previously worked for the Crown Estate from 1999 to 2011, firstly as Director of Finance and Administration, and from 2001, as Chief Executive and a member of the Board.

Prior to these responsibilities, he worked for the Financial Services Authority, the Personal Investment Authority, The Housing Corporation, and as a senior civil servant in the Department of the Environment. He is a graduate of Cambridge and a member of Trinity Hall.

Meanwhile, Warren Forsyth (pictured right) has joined the North West Cambridge Development project team as Operations Director.

A former Director of Estate and Facilities at Middlesex University, Warren has extensive experience in taking significant higher education estate development projects from inception through to delivery, including most recently managing a portfolio of student accommodation.  

Warren, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, has worked in South Africa, London and as part of the UK National student accommodation group Uliving.
