This means that the pooled screening test from your testing pool is MISSING.

If your testing pool DID NOT submit a pooled screening test, no further action is required. Please continue to participate in the programme. You will have the opportunity to take part in pooled sample collection again in future weeks. Next time, however, members of the testing pool who are unable to provide swabs for any reason should please notify us in advance by sending an email to asymptomatic-queries@admin.cam.ac.uk with the word “EXCLUSION” as the subject. We are setting up an on-line form to do this as soon as possible.

If your testing pool DID submit a pooled screening test, and you think you have received this result in error, please email us at: asymptomatic-queries@admin.cam.ac.uk so we can investigate. No further action is then required. We will let you know if we are able to track down your missing pooled screening test. Please continue to participate in the programme. You will have the opportunity to take part in pooled sample collection again in future weeks.
