Cambridge Science Festival

Schools Hubs

Schools Hub activities at the Festival
1 and 6 March Schools Hubs are a new initiative in which county secondary schools host a range of activities for schools in their local area. The majority are for all key stages.

In a new venture, the Cambridge Science Festival is travelling out to two county schools, offering both primary and secondary schools in their area the opportunity to participate in a half day of interactive learning on a range of scientific topics including ‘Gurgling guts’ and ‘Digging up the past in ancient Egypt’.

The 2012 School Hubs are being held at:

  • 1 March at Ely Community College
  • 6 March at Sawston Village College
