Researchers will have access to facilities which are necessary and appropriate for the performance of their duties.
Researchers will also have access to non-academic facilities, such as the University Centre, and to sporting facilities offered by the University, as well as other benefits available to University staff.
Where possible and appropriate, researchers should be offered a mentor. Guidelines on mentoring are available online.
