Summer at the Museums
Over the summer of 2011 Cambridge Museums ran over 60 family activities including; glittering treasure making at the Fitzwilliam Museum, creating creatures at the Museum of Classical Archaeology, building rockets at the Technology Museum and discovering the power of flowers at the Botanic Garden.
We'll have lots more fun family events taking place at the museums in Cambridge next summer. In the meantime, if you are looking for activities for the October 2011 half-term break - make sure you check out the University's Festival of Ideas programme.
And if you took part in our 'Draw What You Saw' postcard competition you can see the winning pictures and a selection of our favourite entries in our gallery on Flickr.
We'd love to know what you thought about any of the events you attended this summer at the museums, so please use the contact details in the left hand panel of this page to email us with your comments or visit our Facebook page and post your comments for us to see there.
