Leverhulme Professor of Human Evolution recognised for research contributions and achievements in physical anthropology.

Robert Foley (Leverhulme Professor of Human Evolution) has been awarded the Fabio Frassetto International Prize for Physical Anthropology 2015.

The Fabio Frassetto Prize is awarded annually by the Academia Nazionale dei Lincei (Rome) for research contributions and achievements in physical anthropology (the study of humans from an evolutionary and biological perspective).

The prize will be awarded by the President of Italy at a ceremony of the Academy today (Thursday, 11 June 2015).
