Festival of Ideas featured in Explorer Magazine

U.S. Soldiers from 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, 4th Stryker Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division and Iraqi Police salute the U.S. flag during a ceremony at Joint Coordination Center Abu Ghraib in Baghdad, Iraq, April 20. The ceremony was held to establish the transfer of JCC Abu Ghraib from a joint operation to Iraqi police control.
