Employing Cambridge Graduates
Recruiting the best possible people is key to a company's success. Cambridge is one of the world's top universities, and Cambridge graduates are of the highest quality.
General recruitment
The Careers Service is the first point of contact for any organisation interested in recruiting Cambridge graduates. The office works with students and employers to ensure that both make appropriate decisions. The Careers Service can also help companies recruit students for vacation placements.
MBA students
The Judge Business School offers an MBA recruitment guide for employers, including facilities for interviewing or presenting to students.
Manufacturing student placements
The Institute for Manufacturing (IfM) is keen to engage companies who would like to work with students on projects. Placements give students first-hand experience of work in a 'real-world' manufacturing environment, and provide companies with input from students of the highest calibre
Computer Science students
For those who are interested in working more closely with them, the Computing Laboratory runs a Supporters Club. One of the benefits of Club membership is an annual recruitment fair.
