Life at Cambridge

Most students describe their Cambridge experience as ‘work hard, play hard’ and it’s always amazing how much they manage to fit alongside their studies.

There’s a great social scene within the University. Throughout term-time, there’s a whole range of student-organised entertainment and events (or ‘ents’) on offer, such as film and club nights, and activities run by the clubs and societies. Among the highlights of the year are the legendary College May Balls, held during May Week (which is helpfully neither in May nor a week, but is actually about two weeks in June, after exams have finished).

We took to the streets of Cambridge to ask current students to describe their experiences of the University of Cambridge using the letters of the alphabet. This short film is intended to give prospective Undergraduate students an insight into life at Cambridge.
